1. Company Identification
1.1. Pure Synergy Lda specializes in the sale of construction materials, shower trays, bath and shower enclosures, faucets, adhesives, sanitary ware, ceramics, and DIY products. 2. Prices
2.1. Prices displayed on www.3basestore.com and its subdomains are in euros and include VAT.
3. Deliveries
3.1. Materials collected at our facilities do not incur transportation costs. Delivery costs by the carrier vary according to the zone, weight, and volume of the materials.
3.2. The customer will be informed of all charges before confirming the purchase. Pure Synergy reserves the right to change prices at any time, ensuring that the prices applied will be those indicated at the time of order confirmation.
3.3. Orders generated by computer, manual, or technical errors that result in incorrect prices will not be considered valid and will be canceled.
3.4. The prices of products available on www.3basestore.com are valid for purchases made through the website and may or may not match prices in the physical store.
3.5. While Pure Synergy strives to maintain accurate prices, they may change without prior notice due to variations in acquisition costs by manufacturers or suppliers.
4. Warranty
4.1. All products come with a 3-year warranty, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 67/2003 of April 8, as amended by Decree-Law No. 84/2008 of May 21. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer.
4.2. Pure Synergy is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, or assembly, which are not covered by the warranty.
4.3. Claims for first-choice materials will not be accepted after installation. Defects must be reported before installation.
4.4. If a product defect is detected, the customer must contact Customer Support and follow the provided instructions.
5. Returns for Transport Damage
5.1. Check the condition of the order upon receipt (torn or damaged packaging) and the number of volumes.
5.2. Fragile items must be checked at the time of delivery. If there is any anomaly, accept or refuse the delivery and note the anomaly on the carrier's delivery note.
5.3. Claims must be submitted in writing to apoiocliente@3basestore.com, with photos, within 24 hours of receipt.
5.4. Failure to follow this procedure exempts Pure Synergy from liability for damages or missing volumes.
6. Returns for Distance Purchases
6.1. For online purchases, the consumer has 14 days to return items without the need for justification, in accordance with Portuguese law.
6.2. In case of a return, shipping and return costs are borne by the consumer, in accordance with Article 13 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014.
6.3. The 14-day period starts counting from the receipt of the goods by the customer or a third party designated by the customer.
7. Changes or Cancellation of Orders
7.1. Order confirmation will specify which items can or cannot be canceled, subject to prior approval.
7.2. Confirmed orders cannot be changed or canceled if:
The product has already been shipped.
The manufacturing process has already started.
7.3. Orders will be automatically canceled if:
There is a breach by the customer in previous contracts.
The customer has harmful intentions against Pure Synergy.
7.4. Advance payments will be refunded to the customer if the cancellation is not due to the customer's fault.
7.5. Pure Synergy may withhold amounts if there are costs arising from the cancellation.
7.6. Refusals of orders without valid reason will result in withholding paid amounts until a fair analysis of the situation.
8. Recommendations
8.1. Before purchasing, ensure the product meets your needs. Pure Synergy is available to clarify doubts via email, phone, or social media.
9. Shipping
9.1. Transport to Continental Portugal:
Items in stock are delivered within 3 to 6 business days.
Items out of stock will be shipped when available, usually between 4 to 25 business days.
9.2. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday.
9.3. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
9.4. The invoice will be on the outside of the box, inside a transparent plastic pouch.
9.5. Check the condition of the order and the number of volumes upon receipt.
9.6. Fragile items must be checked at delivery, and any anomalies should be noted on the carrier's delivery note.
9.7. Claims must be made in writing to apoiocliente@3basestore.com, with photos, within 24 hours of receipt.
9.8. Failure to follow this procedure exempts Pure Synergy from responsibility for damages or missing volumes.
9.9. Delays in delivery do not justify claims for compensation.
9.10. Deliveries are made at ground level at the indicated address.
9.11. Orders are delivered to the address confirmed by the customer.
9.12. Delivery dates are indicated in the purchase document but may be revised in case of force majeure or other reasons not attributable to Pure Synergy.
9.13. If the contractual condition requires payment upon unloading and this is not met, the order will not be delivered, and transportation costs may be charged.
9.14. The customer or their representative must confirm the condition of the goods at the time of delivery, with a legible signature on the carrier's delivery note.
9.15. Claims after confirming the good condition of the goods will be analyzed and may be refused.
9.16. Pure Synergy may refuse delivery if accessibility conditions do not allow it.
9.17. The carrier will contact the customer to confirm the delivery date and time.
9.18. Orders not collected in-store after 30 days may be resold.
10. General Payment Conditions
10.1. Payments can be made through the traditional methods allowed by Portuguese legislation. 10.2. Delivery of the items will only occur after payment confirmation.
11. Jurisdiction
11.1. To resolve any issue arising from the contractual conditions, the competent court is the one located in the district of Lisbon.
