Shipping Costs
- Continental Portugal: All orders have a fixed shipping cost of €15.
- Peninsular Spain: All orders have a fixed shipping cost of €15.
Delivery Times
- Continental Portugal: The average delivery time is 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation for items in stock. For custom-made items, the average delivery time is 4 to 25 business days.
- Peninsular Spain: The average delivery time is 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation for items in stock. For custom-made items, the average delivery time is 4 to 25 business days.
Special Conditions
- Remote Areas:
- For deliveries in remote or hard-to-access areas, longer delivery times and additional costs may apply. We will contact you to confirm all details before proceeding with shipping.
Important Information
Orders placed and confirmed by 2:00 PM are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number, if applicable.

If you are absent during the first delivery attempt, the carrier will make a second attempt. If delivery is not possible, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you to schedule a new delivery (additional costs may apply).
We ask that you check the packaging upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged or shows signs of tampering, please do not accept the order and immediately inform the carrier, noting the anomaly on the delivery slip.
If you find any issues after receiving the order, you have 24 hours to inform us in writing via the contact page, attaching photos that prove the issue.
