Shipping Costs

  • Continental Portugal: All orders have a fixed shipping cost of 20€.
  • Peninsular Spain: All orders have a fixed shipping cost of 20€.

Delivery Times

  • Continental Portugal: The average delivery time is 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation for in-stock items. For out-of-stock and custom-made items, the average delivery time is 4 to 25 business days.
  • Peninsular Spain: The average delivery time is 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation for in-stock items. For out-of-stock and custom-made items, the average delivery time is 4 to 25 business days.

Special Conditions

  • Remote Areas:
    • For deliveries to remote or hard-to-access areas, longer delivery times and additional costs may apply. We will contact you to confirm all details before proceeding with the shipment.

Delivery Conditions

  • The carrier will not deliver to your residence. The delivery will be made at the building entrance or a similar location accessible to it. Otherwise, the order will be left at the closest possible location to your address.
  • Any delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for a refund of shipping costs or any form of compensation.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary. We recommend making your purchases in advance to avoid additional costs due to possible delays.

Material Verification

It is essential that before signing the delivery receipt, you check for any irregularities in the shipping document.

What should you check?

  • Visible damage: If you detect any apparent damage (breaks, dents, scratches, etc.), you must note it on the shipping document, having up to 24 hours to file a complaint. This procedure is crucial for possible returns of online-purchased products.
  • Missing pallet: If the order was supposed to be delivered with a pallet and the carrier didn’t leave it, mention this detail on the shipping document. This information is relevant for exchanges and returns of bathroom furniture.
  • Missing product: If you notice that an item from your order was not delivered, register this information on the shipping document. In some cases, products are shipped separately in different consignments, but this record will help identify any shipment issues.

Important Information

Orders placed and confirmed by 2:00 PM are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number, if applicable.

In case of a failed delivery attempt due to the recipient's absence or incorrect address details, an additional fee of €20 will be applied for reshipping the order.

We ask that you check the packaging upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged or shows signs of tampering, please do not accept the order and immediately inform the carrier, noting the anomaly on the delivery slip.

If you find any issues after receiving the order, you have 24 hours to inform us in writing via the contact page, attaching photos that prove the issue.
