Return and Refund Policy
Deliveries
During the checkout process in the shopping cart, the shipping areas, available delivery methods, as well as the associated timelines and costs will be displayed.
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Notification: You may be contacted by the carrier via SMS or email to inform you about the delivery of the order.
Returns
You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return the items. Returns must be requested through the link.
Item Conditions: Only returns of items in perfect condition and in the original packaging will be accepted.
Return Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is handled by our carrier, the cost will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Method: You can choose to receive the refund via a voucher (to use on our website) or by the same payment method used in the purchase.
If you paid via Multibanco reference, you must provide the IBAN for processing the refund.
Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel:
Before Shipping: We will refund and cancel the purchase.
After Shipping: It will be treated as a return for withdrawal, subject to a return fee.
Issues After Installation
If the installed product has a manufacturing defect, you should activate the warranty by contacting us via email or phone. We will ask for photographs or videos showing the problem clearly.
Specific Conditions
Customized Products: We do not accept returns of customized products or those that have been handled or installed.
Products in Bad Condition: We do not accept returns of products without the original box or with missing parts.
